Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Advance Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure adequate preparation time. Confirmation: Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email with session details and a calendar invite. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation Policy Notice Required: Clients may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. Exceptions: Exceptions for late cancellations due to emergencies can be made at the discretion of the service provider. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling Requests: Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the original appointment time. Availability: Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and must be taken within 30 days of the original date. Late Rescheduling: Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated, resulting in the loss of the session fee. No-Show Policy Missed Appointments: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without notifying in advance will be charged the full session fee. Account Review: Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
